Privacy, plainly

What we collect on this site, how we use it, and the compliance lines we hold.

What we collect

When you submit a form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, organization, email address, and the message you write. When you subscribe to the Public Power Memo, we collect your email address. Standard analytics may collect anonymous usage information such as pages visited and general region.

How we use it

Form submissions are used to respond to your inquiry and manage our work together. Newsletter emails are used only to send the Public Power Memo and related updates from Banjo Strategies. We do not sell personal information.

Where it lives

Submissions are stored in our content management system on managed infrastructure with access limited to the firm. Email delivery and analytics providers process data on our behalf under their own security commitments.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the memo at any time using the link in any email. To ask what information we hold about you, or to request correction or deletion, email ayosbanjo@gmail.com with the word "privacy" in the subject line and we will respond promptly.

California notice

We are a California firm and aim to honor the spirit of the California Consumer Privacy Act regardless of statutory thresholds: transparency about what we collect, no sale of personal information, and a clear path to access or delete your data.

Nonprofit and campaign separation

Compliance note: Banjo Strategies works with nonprofits, public agencies, campaigns, and mission-driven institutions. Candidate, PAC, and ballot-committee engagements are contracted separately and handled through distinct scopes, compliance processes, and data systems. We do not provide partisan campaign intervention services to 501(c)(3) clients.
